I am writing to acknowledge the receipt of your adjustment request dated 25/3/2012 concerning the Gannon speakers you purchased from our dealer two years ago. Your request was timely as it falls under our three year warranty period.

Our warranty covers electronic products which ceases to function normally due to technical internal problems, which are not human induced.

After examining the speakers, it was noted that the poor quality base sound was a result of deliberate destruction of the speakers. Specifically, two lead wires had been replaced; one of the booster magnets was missing; and the top insulation was also missing from one of the speaker cabinets.

For one to benefit from our warranty, it stipulates that the speakers should not be removed from the cabinet or tempered with in any way.

Since your speakers were tempered with, am sorry to inform you that you do not qualify for the warranty. Consequently, your request is void.

However, we will try to fix your speakers for you as an after sale service based on your value to us.
