There is lack of key value indicators of development like life expectancy and literacy which are not affected by highly skewed distribution. For the past years  social development  have been rising through  improved health care and sanitation thus reducing infants mortality rates. This had improved the life expectancy especially in advanced countries than the third world inhabitants. C-Political Underdevelopment
