There also good measure of the degree of severe deprivation in third world countries which reflect the sanitary condition especially many individual lacking even simple commodity like availability of clean water and proper shelter. Also the economic is low due increase of death usually caused by HIV and aids. This usually leads to increase in many cases of orphaned children resulting to high pressure on the economic of the country.
B-Social Underdevelopment
According to Handelman, (2011), Third world states tend to have poor social condition which in leads to low opportunities for human development. There is lack of key value indicators of development like life expectancy and literacy which are not affected by highly skewed distribution. For the past years social development have been rising through improved health care and sanitation thus reducing infants mortality rates. This had improved the life expectancy especially in advanced countries than the third world inhabitants. According to Handelman, (2011), Life expectancy is less countries wide in sub Saharan Africa because of the high incidents of AIDS and poverty which lead to many fail to consume the recommend number of calories daily.
C-Political Underdevelopment
The political scientists from the western did realize that studying in a systematic way the political systems on the underdeveloped nations was complex due to the differences between their systems and the ones in underdeveloped states (Handelman, (2011). It was then believed that the third world democracies were supposed to take shape after the developed western type.
