Based on content described above, what theories (rules, laws, principles, or patterns) are you able to identify?

Based on the content above, the global diversity program should be able to fit the needs of learners or professionals participating in the training program across different industries and functions. Yasgoor & Bressler says that through this course learners are able to apply global issues which include international law, culture, local management approaches, best practices and societal norms (2008). One of the theories which can be identified is that trainees in this course become aware of expectations that clash with ethical standards in different cultural settings.

In the section of employee relations learners are able to understand the context of mixed culture regulations and employee obligations in the global perspective. Besides the above individuals studying this course indentify antitrust laws that must be considered in recruiting workforce for multinational companies and also understanding international contracts with employees (Albrecht, 2001). The principles of navigating in the business world in which good practices in one culture may be unethical are also learned from this global diversity course.
