Effective and efficient management of knowledge is regarded as a fundamental competence ofthe survival of organizations for the entire operation. The ability of organizations to influence knowledge possession appears to be a very important parameter as viewed strategically. Nevertheless, the development and implementation of Knowledge Management (KM) is still atits early stages, making it hard to compose an organization’s KM framework that will be comprehensive and applicable in consultancy firms that must keep the pace of knowledge acquisition and development equal to the pace of the ever-changing business environment.
The purpose of this dissertation is to improve understanding of how some factors are critical for the successful implementation of knowledge management, which covers a comprehensive range of functions and supports diverse sets of activities. Therefore, this study is limited to the investigation of the best factors ofthe management and implementation of knowledge to ensure that the best practices, skills and experiences gained by employees are shared within anorganization. Moreover, it is asserted in the study that in evaluating the achievement of the knowledge implementation process, the key success factors (KSFs) that assess the value and amount of contributions made by workers to the system must be used.
In addition, an adaptation and learning support structure that has been used in other places isdescribed in the illustration given based on the prevailing literature about IT endorsement, acceptance and Key Support Factors (KSFs). The research theory has been established and verified using a qualitative and measurable study in one of the global mid-size self-propelled profile-structured companies. The results of this experimental research offer signals onadvantages that ensure that the growth and management of KM is effective through Key Success Factors (KSFs). The assessment confirms that crucial success factors depend on both interior and exterior knowledge interaction and sharing.
