Therefore, this study is limited to the investigation of the best factors ofthe management and implementation of knowledge to ensure that the best practices, skills and experiences gained by employees are shared within anorganization. Moreover, it is asserted in the study that in evaluating the achievement of the knowledge implementation process, the key success factors (KSFs) that assess the value and amount of contributions made by workers to the system must be used.

In addition, an adaptation and learning support structure that has been used in other places isdescribed in the illustration given based on the prevailing literature about IT endorsement, acceptance and Key Support Factors (KSFs). The research theory has been established and verified using a qualitative and measurable study in one of the global mid-size self-propelled profile-structured companies. The results of this experimental research offer signals onadvantages that ensure that the growth and management of KM is effective through Key Success Factors (KSFs). The assessment confirms that crucial success factors depend on both interior and exterior knowledge interaction and sharing.
