Introduction
Some children have problems in acquiring academic skills in reading, listening, writing as well as speaking. The problems could arise because of learning disabilities. The problem may grow bigger, especially when a student moves to high grades and is expected to finish complex assignments. This may lead to school dropouts as the problem persists.
Disabilities vary from one person to another. One may have problems in understanding mathematics, the other in reading and writing, while someone else may have a problem in all the areas (Colorado, 2008). The problems could be as a result of the way an individual’s brain works and also the way information is processed. These children are not lazy or not intelligent enough. Some of them are even above average. It is just that information is processed differently.
According to Colorado, (2008) learning disabilities may not be cured as they are due to neurological differences of the brain. However, if someone is assisted in the way to manage the disability, he or she could be able to achieve goals in life.
As a diverse and positive organization, we aim at teaching and defining the disabilities. We will embrace the learning types and styles.

Qualitative Analysis of Timorese Community
Customs and culture are really vital in Timorese community. The population is about one million with various groups existing together and speaking different languages.
A research was conducted to look into the details of the practices of Timorese community and their impact on social as well as community life. The research used qualitative methodology by collecting information using interviews and group discussions throughout the area. The people involved shared their experiences, observations and perceptions on how their resource systems lead to the social policies in their community.
Timorese community has culture, which is based on animistic beliefs, such as God of sea, earth and sky. These principles are the creation of Father God whom they believe and pray. The importance of customs and culture of the community is to promote respect and also trust through social norms which they understand well and accept. Responsibilities of families ensure that members take care and provide for one another. Husband and wife have equal chances to participate in ceremonies benefiting the two households.
The research shows that there are many benefits in the community’s economic life. The families work together, for example, they build houses and do farming. They support each other and exchange their livestock with other foodstuffs. Customs and culture are supposed to encourage social cohesion in building togetherness in families. Social gatherings like marriages, funerals and anniversaries bring the community members together. This strengthens the family unity as people interact with one another.

According to the interviews done among some members of the community, women are seen to be discriminated in this community. When a woman gets married, she cannot have some rights such as inheritance. Also, because the husband has paid dowry, the wife becomes the property of the husband and could lead to women beatings. In the case of women who come from high class in the society, they can only be married to men who can be able to pay the dowry being demanded by parents like seventy-seven buffaloes.
Conclusion
Resources should be given to the youths and women who have education opportunities to increase the possibility of vocational training. Community elders should work hard to campaign for women rights and respect. This can be done by having dialogues with the members of the communities so as to eradicate domestic violence. However, the valuable and strong culture of the community offers basis of collaboration to run the micro enterprises that assist in improvement of community. We hope that the culture will also preserve importance and legitimacy as a better force of respect, harmony and social cohesion within the state, and it should also encourage the families to thoroughly invest in their education, health as well as development opportunities for their members.
