Leadership plays a vital role in creating, managing, and sustaining innovations. It creates innovations by motivating employees and encouraging team working in organizations. These helps motivate employees and they rapidly take to innovations with the aim of boosting the Company and ensuring that it performs at the best level possible. The reward system in the organization could be based on performance or the position that one holds in the organization. It is vital for organizations to uphold the reward systems and ensure that all individuals are satisfied with the amounts that they are paid. The ethical implications emanating from reward systems include unfair inclusion of some individuals in the reward system. Some individuals are given rewards even without making significant contributions to the organization. They are given rewards even in cases where they have not made significant contributions towards the development of the organization. Another implication of the reward system is that it does not recognize individual efforts in cases where individuals work in groups. Some people who could have made more contributions that the rest of the group members end up receiving lesser rewards than they deserve. This lowers the spirit of work among such employees leading to reduced performance and effectiveness in the delivery of duties.

I would describe my organization as an innovative organization. The organization is innovative because it keeps up with the emerging technologies in the world. The management of the organization is always concerned with improving the quality of goods and services delivered. This leads to the creation of newer ways of working within the organization in order to increase the level of innovation. My organization is also innovative because it promotes constant training among employees from different departments. They share ideas and acquire new skills relating to the performance of different activities. This promotes innovations and newer ideas hence a sign that the organization is innovative. The organization also promote trade fairs and exhibitions in which it displays its products and services which are indicative of the innovations taking place within the organization. The organization is also innovative because of its emphasis on research and development. Finances have been provided to cater for these areas.
