I would describe my organization as an innovative organization. The organization is innovative because it keeps up with the emerging technologies in the world. The management of the organization is always concerned with improving the quality of goods and services delivered. This leads to the creation of newer ways of working within the organization in order to increase the level of innovation. My organization is also innovative because it promotes constant training among employees from different departments. They share ideas and acquire new skills relating to the performance of different activities. This promotes innovations and newer ideas hence a sign that the organization is innovative. The organization also promote trade fairs and exhibitions in which it displays its products and services which are indicative of the innovations taking place within the organization. The organization is also innovative because of its emphasis on research and development. Finances have been provided to cater for these areas.
