Leader quality. During both my personal and school lives, I prefer to take the position of a leader. I am able to organize people and working processes effectively; as a result, everyone can do the task he/she can complete in the best way. In my everyday life, I often organize friends to take part in various activities such as bicycle trips, barbeques, watching movies, playing table games and others. During the team projects at school, I often organize group meetings and discussions, and share the tasks among the team members. I am not afraid to take responsibility for the results, and I understand that it initially depends on my performance as a leader. At the same time, I am honest and have a good sense of humor that helps to overcome stressful situations.

Can speak two languages. I know several languages, including English and Chinese. I can speak, write, and understand both of them. These two languages are very important in today’s globalized world. English has been a universal language for a long time; it helps people from different countries and cultures to communicate with each other. At the same time, Chinese gains importance nowadays as the production capabilities of China are becoming an essential part of any big business in the world. In the future, I am planning to learn one more foreign language in order to widen my employment opportunities. It might be Spanish language as it is one of the most frequently spoken ones as well.

Good at writing and speaking. I am good both at writing and speaking. I feel more confident expressing my thoughts through writing as I do not have to rush when looking for a suitable phrase. Giving a speech makes me feel a little nervous. However, I believe that frequent practice will increase my oral talent. At the same time, I understand that my writing skills are not perfect, and I am going to improve them as well. Writing skills require more accuracy and usage of correct grammar and spelling so mastering them may appear to be more difficult than enhancing speaking. However, modern technologies offer various methods of improving one’s techniques.

Stand out from the competitors. I am sure that my skills, experience, and personal traits make me an outstanding candidate. I can offer the employer my passion for working, as well as the good knowledge of business process. I am a quick learner and can easily adapt to new working environment.
